Disbursements
A disbursement is an additional cost to the client and payable to a third party such as a barrister, court, tribunal, Home Office, Land Registry, any Govt Department and even a courier for delivering documents.
Fees
1. Probate (uncontested) - £1000 plus VAT and disbursements. (Please also see table below for residential conveyancing element.)
2. Immigration - £1500 plus VAT and disbursements.
All types of visa applications, applying for indefinite leave to remain and extensions of stay.
3. Employment Tribunal for unfair or wrongful dismissal (one day hearing) - £2500 plus VAT and disbursements.4. Debt recovery - £500 plus VAT and disbursements.
Debt recovery up to £100,000.
